Terms & Conditions for Training Registrations and Contracts
For public courses registrations minimum 2 registrations & 100% Advance payment is required. For credit client needs to have a credit limit after submitting request for credit.
For public courses maximum 25% discount is applicable 4 or above number of nominations.
Client SITE Trainings get 50% of the price of public course nominations.
For corporate trainings and client on-SITE trainings 50% advance should be paid.
Advance course material distribution is applicable only to those clients who have paid 50% advance.
In public courses No-show or cancellation less then 24 hours before training time is charged 100%.
No refunds are made however transfer and adjustments for payments are possible with mutual understanding.
Clients cannot offer employment or any direct assignment to any trainers or staff of Netmasters.
Netmasters reserves the right to reschedule any course and clients may take update on schedule from Netmasmters WEB SITE.
For any complains Netmasters evaluation committee will review the case and may assign a 2nd free appearance.
Feedback evaluations of any course is considered on the feedback of the majority participants of the course. Single deviations may be allocated to personal bias.
Netmasters reserves the right to submit a feedback on the behaviour and learning attitude of the participant during training, to the organizaton.
